in 2006, FX held a contest to create a TV show pilot on a shoestring budget. Cliff, Jim, Patrick and I put our heads together, and we came up with "Game On". The show was going to be about four friends who are obsessed with video games and how their obsession rules their lives, the effect it has on their relationships, their jobs, and every day life. It was a comedy of errors that was ridiculous and off the wall, but we thought a show worth sharing. Sadly, FX's idea of a shoestring budget is a few thousand. We had a few cents and the video camera. So, our show never was. What is here is the live action submission to the contest as well as a second attempt at an animated show. Who knows. Maybe one day "Game On" will have another chance. Until then, we have only this silly attempt.
